Orders and Refunds
You can purchase select Technics products direct from us on our website. We also offer a wide selection of products available at authorized dealers and retailers nationwide. Click on the “Shop Technics Authorized Dealers” button on a product page to check for availability at an online retailer or at a store near you. You can also view our full list of authorized retailers here.
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships, but we will authorize your credit card for the full amount of your order upon checkout.
To check the status of your order, please log into your Technics account or follow the link in your order confirmation email.
Sales tax is collected in accordance with state laws. This will be calculated and added automatically at checkout.
We offer full refunds or exchanges for any order within 30 days of purchase. Between 30 and 60 days you may return your product for a merchandise credit. We do not offer refunds for order after 60 days of purchase.
Technics does not refund any shipping charges (e.g., expedited shipping or overnight shipping charges) incurred by the customer.

If you’re unsatisfied with your Technics product for any reason, we will accept the return (even if the box is opened or the product is used) as long as it falls within our return policy window.
Your refund will be processed once the product is received in our warehouse.
After you place your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with your order number and the details of the items that you have ordered. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of receiving your confirmation email. To request an order cancellation, please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders placed on Technics.com. Expedited shipping and overnight shipping options are available for an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.
Please note that orders over 50 lbs are not eligible for expedited shipping or overnight shipping.
We currently ship to all continental U.S. states.
After your order is placed, your product will ship out from our California warehouse within 2 business days. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. All Technics products will ship via Ground Shipping unless you select another service at checkout. Please see below for general shipping timelines (after your order is processed). Orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated 1-2 business days
Technics is not responsible for any last-minute changes made by the carrier.
Warranty Information
If your product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair, replace or refund the product. Please see below for a full list of warranty coverage time period by product.
