Technics AZ100 x Roger Daltrey Promotion (hereafter referred to as “the Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company (“the Promoter”) whose registered address is Two Riverfront Plaza, 10th Floor, Newark, New Jersey, 07102.

Eligibility

The Promotion is applicable to residents of the United States of America who are aged 18 years or over provided that they purchase the product from technics.com/legends (the “Technics webpage”).

The Promotion starts at 09:00 AM on 24th February 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM on 25th April 2026, until the general release of the products, or while stock lasts, whichever is earlier (“the Promotion Period”).

Process

In order to qualify to participate in the Promotion, Participants must purchase one of the products listed below (“Qualifying Product”) from the Technics Webpage.

Participants may access the Promotion by clicking on any media where the Promotion is advertised which will eventually direct them to either the individual product or to a listing page on the Technics webpage and using the code ‘ROGER’.

10% of net sales from the Promotion will be donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust. Net sales does not include any returns within the legally required window to accept non-faulty returns. In the U.S. this is 14 days after purchase, plus 14 days to send back, so qty will be based on D2C sales with code ROGER, deducting returns within 28 days.

Teenage Cancer Trust is a registered charity: 1062559 (England & Wales), SC039757 (Scotland).

It is a condition of entry that participants agree to abide strictly by the rules of the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the offer for violation of any of these terms.

The Promoter is not responsible for any purchases that are delayed, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid or if an entry was not processed due to technical difficulties.

The Promotion

The promotional code is ROGER

During the Promotional Period, participants will get the Qualifying Products at 15% off retail value using the advertised promotional code. The promotional code will be clearly stated on the advertisement relating to this Promotion. The price reduction will be taken off the listed sale price on the Technics webpage.

Participant may access the Promotion by clicking on any media where the Promotion is advertised. They will then be directed to the Technics webpage where they can purchase the relevant Qualifying Product.

The promotional code advertised must be entered by the participant at check out on the Technics webpage for the participant to benefit from the Promotion.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative to the same or greater value.

The promotional code will be valid for the duration of the Promotion Period and will cease to be active at the end of this period.

The promotional code cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, coupons, or vouchers.

Panasonic reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion at any time and before the end of the Promotion Period.

General

There is no cash alternative to this Promotion and the Promotion is non-transferable.

These terms are governed by the U.S. Law, to the exclusion of international conflict law, in particular the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. However, mandatory local law provisions of the state of participant’s habitual residence remain unaffected and will prevail in case of a conflict with the U.S. law provisions. The courts of the U.S. shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claims arising out of this Promotion or in connection to it.

Promoter is not liable for any damages, claims, costs, fees or expenses Participant may incur arising out of or connected to this Promotion or the Qualifying Product.

Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Promoter, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, as applicable, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising out of the Promotion or the Qualifying Product.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, PROMOTER MAKE NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Promotion terms shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision was not contained herein.

Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion shall (a) be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts located in New York, New York and (b) be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
