The Technics “Free Vinyl Stand” Promotion (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company, Division of Panasonic Corporation of North America, whose registered address is Two Riverfront Plaza, Newark, New Jersey 07102 (the “Promoter”).
Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding.
PROMOTION PERIOD
Claim Period: August 14, 2026, 9:00 AM EST– November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST
Free Gift Redemption Period: August 14, 2026, 9:00 AM EST– January 10, 2027, 11:59 PM EST
Free vinyl stands will be provided to eligible Participants in the order in which qualifying reviews are approved and while supplies last.
Note: Promoter’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal permanent residents of 48 the 50 United States(Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam are excluded), and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. This Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law. Promoter is the sole judge of eligibility and may determine that a Participant is ineligible to participate in the Promotion for a variety of reasons not described here but in its sole discretion.
QUALIFYING PRODUCTS
To participate, you must have purchased one of the following new and genuine Technics products from an authorized retailer:
- Technics Direct Drive Turntable SL-50C
- Technics Direct Drive Turntable SL-40CBT
Purchases from Technics.com or any authorized U.S. retailer qualify.
Returned products are not eligible. If a qualifying product is returned after a Free Gift has been issued, Participant agrees to return the Free Gift at their expense.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Step 1: Write a Review
Submit a review of at least one hundred (100) characters on Technics.com describing your honest experience with your qualifying product.
Step 2: Upload a Photo
Include at least one original photo of your turntable in your review. Photos may include your listening setup or vinyl collection but must feature the qualifying Technics product.
Step 3: Complete Submission
Submit your review including the required serial number field as part of the review submission process. Reviews must meet all submission and eligibility requirements to qualify.
After your review is submitted, the Promoter will review and verify your submission. If approved, you will receive an email containing instructions and a redemption code for your Free Gift, while supplies last.
REVIEW GUIDELINES
- Minimum of 100 characters
- Honest, original feedback based on your experience
- At least one photo upload
- Serial number verification required
- No offensive, unlawful, or misleading content
- Review must comply with website submission guidelines
Gift eligibility is based solely on compliance with these requirements and not on whether the review is positive or negative.
Promoter reserves the right to reject reviews that do not meet these criteria.

Free Gifts are available only while supplies last. Once inventory is depleted, no additional gifts will be issued.
RECEIVING FREE GIFTS
Free Gifts will be shipped to the mailing address provided during verification.
Please allow approximately 30–45 days from verification for delivery.
Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments.
If you do not receive your Free Gift within 30 days of receiving confirmation of eligibility, you must contact Promoter through the Technics Support page. Failure to contact Promoter within 45 days of confirmation may result in forfeiture of the Free Gift.
INDEMNIFICATION
By participating, each Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Promoter and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or liability of any kind arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the Free Gift.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Promoter is not responsible for any miscommunications such as technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, incorrect dates or times printed on your purchase receipt, and unavailable network or server connections, related technical failures, or other failures related to hardware, software, or virus, or incomplete, late, or misdirected submissions. Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion in its sole discretion. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, incorrect dates or times printed on your purchase receipt, or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the Participant from, or otherwise obstructs the Participant from entering the Promotion.
You understand and agree that the Free Gift is provided to you while supplies last on an “AS IS” basis. Promoter makes no warranties and disclaims all responsibility and liability for any issues related to the Free Gift.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Promoter reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period and the Claim Period, and the right to modify, add, or remove additional deadlines for any reason. Any changes will be communicated through the information Participants use to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the Participant to prove that they did not return the product within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
PRIVACY
Participants agree that personal data submitted and any other information provided in connection with the Promotion may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Promotion and any other purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy found at Privacy Policy | Panasonic North America - United States
In addition to the uses of personal information described in that Policy, Promoter will use information you provide through entry into the Promotion to administer the Promotion.

SEVERABILITY
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision was not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate courts located in New York, New York; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket direct costs incurred associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event, any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees or court costs. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Promoter in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
