For many years, our company has been developing cordless phones for household use. We leverage our proven track record and expertise in call and communication technologies to design our true wireless earphones. Unlike cordless phones, the microphones in true wireless earphones are positioned far from the user’s mouth, making it more challenging to capture the voice clearly. Additionally, these earphones are frequently used outdoors, meaning users often make calls in loud, noisy environments.

The key challenge lies in how to eliminate heavy ambient noise and deliver your voice with uncompromising clarity.
To ensure clear transmission of the user’s voice, we have adopted our proprietary call audio processing technology—JustMyVoice™ Technology—since the EAH-AZ60 (released in 2021). This technology successfully delivers the user’s voice crystal-clear to the recipient. However, it offered limited tangible benefits to the wearer when it came to incoming calls—i.e., hearing the other person’s voice clearly. This led us to conduct extensive research and development on incoming call functionality, with the goal of taking it to the next level.

The EAH-AZ100 features two key evolutionary advancements for call performance:
1. AI-powered noise cancellation
The AZ100 is equipped with AI trained on 500 million pieces of audio data. By fine-tuning the three microphones on each earbud (left and right), the earphones extract only the user’s voice and efficiently suppress a wide range of ambient noises. This eliminates sudden ambient sounds, wind noise, and more—elevating overall call performance to new heights.
