Newly Developed Adaptive Noise Cancellation
Adaptive Noise Cancellation is an innovative system that delivers optimal, comfortable noise cancellation performance for every user. It accurately captures the user’s ear shape, usage environment and fit, then performs real-time calculations to adjust noise cancellation output dynamically.
Two microphones work in tandem for precise noise cancellation: a feedforward microphone that picks up external ambient noise, and an inward-facing feedback microphone that detects residual noise inside the ear canal—together, they create anti-noise signals to cancel out unwanted sound with pinpoint accuracy.

Automatic Calibration for Peak Performance
Canal-type true wireless earphones often create an unpleasant occlusion effect and pressure sensation in the ear upon wearing. By enhancing the performance of feedback noise cancellation, we have crafted a far more natural, comfortable listening experience with no distracting discomfort.
Even for the same user, the fit of the earphones can vary slightly every time they are worn—and even a misfit of just a few millimeters can alter noise cancellation performance. Our Adaptive Noise Cancellation system is engineered to automatically correct for these subtle fit changes in real time.

Additionally, the noise band that causes the greatest user discomfort is the low-frequency band—such as bus engine noise, train cabin hum and road traffic rumble. We have significantly enhanced the noise cancellation effect in the mid-to-low frequencies to specifically target and suppress these most intrusive low-frequency noises.
Enhanced Ambient Mode for Intuitive Usability
We have also refined the ambient mode filter for more natural capture of surrounding environmental sounds. To boost usability even in strong wind conditions, we revised the core algorithm to accurately detect and eliminate only wind-related noise components—resulting in a more user-friendly Ambient Mode that keeps you connected to your surroundings without the distraction of harsh wind noise.
For all Technics products, sound quality is our top design priority. Within this core focus, we achieved enhanced noise cancellation performance by re-engineering the physical structure for optimal ANC performance and fully revising the entire noise cancellation algorithm.
